IMM is a Brazilian sports, entertainment, and ticket sales business. In ​​Sports, it produces prestigious events that are part of Brazil’s calendar, including the main following ones: Rio Open (South America’s largest tennis tournament), UFC, the NBA Global Games held in Brazil in 2013, 2014 and 2015, and it holds an interest in the Go Cup, Latin America’s biggest children’s soccer tournament. With a wealth of experience in this business, IMM has produced the world’s premier offshore race Volvo Ocean Race, and a range of golfing events supported by the Professional Golfers Association — PGA.

In Entertainment, it is a business partner of Rock World S.A., which owns the Rock in Rio brand, and promotes the Cirque Du Soleil for tours in Brazil. In 2015, it set up a ​​Family Entertainment division to focus on Broadway’s most popular musicals, such as My Fair Lady, Singin’ in the Rain and the Little Mermaid.

IMM also promotes the restaurant festival Taste of São Paulo, which is about to hold its third edition.  It recently bought a controlling interest in the São Paulo Fashion Week, commanding another powerful communication platform, in the fashion universe. It owns the online and offline ticket sales platform TUDUS for IMM and third-party events. Through TUDUS, it runs some significant projects, such as the sale of tickets for the NBA, the Paul McCartney concert, the race event Circuito Banco do Brasil, Rio Open and over 30 theater rooms in Rio and São Paulo.
In 2018, it joined the list of the best companies to work for in Brazil. The certification was granted by the management consulting firm GPTW.
