Our portfolio is what make us unique

IMM is a Brazilian company controlled by an investment and development company from Abu Dhabi, Mubadala Development Company, and has a strategic partnership with the American company WME | IMG, that operates in the Sports, Entertainment and Ticket Sales divisions.

We are a benchmark in live entertainment for the public and brands and our portfolio makes us unique with strong and leading brands.

In the Sports division, the company produces and promotes large events that are part of the country’s calendar. The main events are: Rio Open (the biggest tennis tournament in South America), UFC, the 2013, 2014 and 2015 NBA Global Games in Brazil, the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) bull riding events, and participates in Go Cup, the biggest children’s soccer tournament in Latin America. With broad experience in this division, it has produced the Volvo Ocean Race round the world regatta and a golf events platform with PGA seal. In 2018, it became the official representative of the world’s largest sport training and educational institution, the IMG Academy, with the mission of managing the sales and brand representation in Brazil.

In Entertainment, promotes the Brazilian tour of Cirque Du Soleil. In 2015, it launched the Family Entertainment division to focus on great Broadway musicals such as My Fair Lady, Singin’ in the Rain, The Little Mermaid and Sunset Boulevard. IMM also promotes the gastronomic festival Taste of São Paulo, which is going to its 4th edition. It has recently acquired São Paulo Fashion Week, the main fashion event in Brazil.

In the Digital division, IMM owns a ticketing platform – TUDUS, responsible for the online and offline ticket sales for IMM and third-party events. This year it has become a joint venture with Intellitix for RFID and cashless operations in Brazil, where it’s possible to obtain an overview of the entertainment consumer from the moment of tickets purchase to his experience in the event. The division has run important projects, such as ticket sales to NBA, Paul McCartney’s concert, Banco do Brasil Circuit, Rio Open and more than 30 theaters in Rio and São Paulo.
