IMM owns a ticketing platform – TUDUS, responsible for the online and offline ticket sales for IMM and third-party events, besides selling licensed products related to its events. This division has run important projects, such as ticket sales to UFC, RIO OPEN, CIRQUE DU SOLEIL, NBA, Paul McCartney’s concert, Banco do Brasil Circuit and over 40 theater rooms in Brazil, including Blue Note, Teatro das Artes, Teatro Abel, Teatro Fashion Mall and Oi Casa Grande.
With a database that has 1,5 million clients registered, several actions are thought to reach and know this public more and more through demographic and behavioral research.
The goal for the future is to increase the ticket sales volume and maximize the interaction with the final customer, both from database and website visitors. Thus, it will be possible to offer new options both to the consumer and to the sponsor.
