Created in 1992, PBR (Professional Bull Riders) is the biggest international bull riding organization and a global sports phenomenon present in the USA, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and Australia. It started with the partnership of 20 competitors who believed their dream would come true.

 

In Brazil since 2006, present in the biggest agricultural events, it now reaches a new level with its own events in partnership with IMM.

 

The association PBR / IMM aims at providing the fans with unforgettable moments while experiencing the event, presenting the best athletes and bulls and an incredible riding in the best arenas in the country. It brings the PBR experience to Brazil as it has never been seen before.

NEW EVENTS
The goal is to grow even more in the coming years, and in 2019 Monster Energy PBR will have 2 Master Stages, with an international standard structure that allows the sport’s fans to support their idols up-close, besides enjoying other attractions with the family.

 

Brazil is the second country in number of bull riding fans. It’s estimated that, along with the Brazilian country music market, the sport is appreciated by 30 million people all over the national territory. Annually, Brazil holds 2 thousand events, of which PBR participates in the biggest ones. The country moves more than R$3 billion with parties, creating more than 300 thousand jobs. In the world, millions of people watch more than 250 stages wherever they are.

Rio Open 6th edition ended with Laslo Djere’s victory. The 18-year-old Canadian runner-up Felix Auger-Aliassime conquered the audience. In singles, the Argentinian Maximo Gonzalez and the Chilean Nicolas Jarry won the title. The tournament received 50 thousand people in 7 days. Who wasn’t able to be at Jockey Club could watch a 46-hour broadcast on Sportv and 35 hours on Globoesporte.com. The TV signal was sent to 170 countries and the material produced by 243 accredited journalists has taken the event to the whole world.

 

Leblon Boulevard, an interactive 10 thousand m² space with view to Cristo Redentor, had a structure comparable with great world circuit tournaments, and gathered the best of local gastronomy. With the presence of renowned chefs, great restaurants, bars and food trucks, the audience could try news brought by Grupo Troisgos, B Experience, Benkei, among others. The space had a line-up with 8 concerts, including the singer Iza, who surprised the audience by singing the National Anthem before the final.
Espaço Deck also brought a new concept, selling exclusive items with the tournament logo, a drink bar and an art area with Raul Mourão’s exhibition, a guest artist responsible for this edition’s poster.

Going to its 7th edition, Go Cup grows in number of participants and audience every year, with thousands of people going to Goiânia to participate in the event.
In 2019, 4,200 children from 6 to 12 years old got registered, from 12 countries and 320 professional teams, social clubs, soccer schools, schools and social projects.

With a professional structure, Go Cup takes place at Complexo Fut Arte, a 200 thousand m² space with 40 soccer fields, offering a sportive and entertaining atmosphere to the whole family. It’s a transforming experience, with a feeling of unity in a championship where boys and girls have the same passion: soccer.
